When?

dates & TOpics for 2023

20th January - 6.30-8.30 pm - Giving birth & new beginnings (projects, ideas, children, love, food, any creation). How do we define and feel about this subject? What’s our birth story? What are our experiences about giving birth and how does it affect us every time we restart or commence a new chapter?

17th February - 6.30-8.30 pm - How to make an impact in a world surrounded by suffering

17th March -6.30-8.30 pm -Women’s expectations part 2!

dates & TOpics during 2022

6th of May 2022- 6.30pm - 8.30pm - Letting go of endings (relationships, projects, people, animals, dreams, etc). How do we process closure? How do we grieve what is no longer part of our lives? How to find peace and create new beginning.

11th June 2022 - 12pm - 14pm - Power dynamics (focused at work & authority). Do we feel powerful at work, as women? What does it mean to us? How do we reclaim it?

17th September - 6.30-8.30pm- Power dynamics 2. (focused in our relationships). Do we feel with less authority that our partners or friends when there is a dissonance? Is there a difference depending on gender or is it the behaviour? Is it coming from our upbringings or our connections? How do we reclaim our voice?

14th October - 6.30-8.30pm - The fear of speaking our truth - how often dont we share what's on our mind for fear of rejection or being judged? How much of our voice we keep silence to please others? What's the cost? Can we change it?

18th November - 6.30-8.30 pm - Friendships in women adulthood - how difficult it is? How could we find new friendships or improve the ones we have? Are we supported by those we have? Why do we drift apart?

16th December - 6.30-8.30pm - Family & expectations - do we take more responsibilities that are not ours during Christmas? Do we feel we go backwards in stating our needs after being surrounded by our care takers? What has more of an impact, the fear of dissapointting them or the fear of dissapointting us when making decisions?
