“Before starting with Olga, I felt as though I was living someone else’s life. I was drifting from life event to life event, with no real sense of agency or investment. Work was difficult and a source of anxiety, I felt constantly insecure about my own worth and capability, but more importantly I didn’t know how to understand myself or the ways that I could make changes that I wanted to make.


Many times I have tried to help myself, believing that I knew my own mind and the triggers and mechanisms that made me me. I didn’t understand the power of discussion and support from others, and somehow felt it was weak of me to seek it out. Everything I tried seemed to land me back in the same place; no better understanding, no increased sense of agency or urgency in living my life.


I’d started to think about life coaching, and by sheer good luck I found out that Olga was a psychologist. The initial session was very structured, very much about understanding the reasons behind my directionlessness and how my mind worked. The sessions have always being very structured, tailored and based on a solit set of coaching and psychological principles. Although I had a specific idea about what I wanted from our time together, Olga took the time and effort to step back from a perceived goal to really understand me and the way I think.


In the sessions I can explore ideas, worries and aspirations, and know that they can be discussed objectively. The ability to talk to someone who’s on the journey of understanding with me and can put all of the discussion we have into a framework of psychology acumen. Now I know that having someone’s help and support makes me stronger, not weaker. That it can help me achieve and know things that would otherwise be beyond me.


It’s no understatement to say that my life changed dramatically. The fear, the anxiety I was living in, was under control and not an alien, unknowable factor. I had so much more understanding of myself and the thoughts and patterns I would move in, that these were natural and could be anticipated, endured and conquered. My working life improved considerably, I started to enjoy my job (the first time in a long time), and I felt more relaxed on a daily basis. My personal life also improved; removing the massive strain of work anxiety meant that I felt a great sense of relief and freedom, I could now remember things where previously I’d been forgetful, I was enjoying life where before I’d been worrying, and I was looking forward to the undiscovered country of the future rather than it being another source of distress.


Now I feel Better. Much better. Like I know how to be the person and live the life I want to live. And that I have someone who to talk freely, without fear of judgement, who can help when I need it, and will understand me and help me understand myself.


The only thing I have left to say is, speak to Olga! Now! Taking the time to understand yourself is one of the most important and beneficial things you can do in your life. The support you need and receive will be different for everyone, but good things await you.“

“I started with Olga when I was at the end of hell times due to work. This period left me with no self-
confidence at all, anger issues and negativity stuck inside my body. I wanted to start a new page.

Before starting, I haven’t really tried anything else, I didn’t know how to heal but I was open-minded on the methods to feel better. Then a referral from an acquaintance in Facebook offering a first free session had me make the leap, because who doesn’t like free stuff?


To be honest at the beginning of the first session I wasn ́t sure your methods were the right ones for me, but I quickly realised that your high level of compassion, kindness and your very personalised approach is what I needed. I have learnt to spot codependency and realised that I had to stop looking for external validation. Finally, the coaching gave me clarity on real life situations where I could only see my responsibility in the bad things happening to me.

Simply put, Olga’s sessions make me enthusiastic about improving myself. I came to Olga after going through hard times because I thought I needed to be more organised and productive. Instead, we ended up exploring many aspects of my life. Time and time again, she would provide unique insights about situations that I thought I had already fully apprehended. She is quick at identifying connections in everything you say, and surprisingly good in her ability to make you naturally question your own self- limiting beliefs.

“Before approaching Olga, I had experienced many years of severe physical and mental illness. I had been housebound for large portions of the previous 16 years.
