“Don’t count the days, make the days count” – Muhammad Ali.

Hi, I’m Olga

I am a psychologist and a dancer, and both passions have taught me and continue teaching me everything I know about love, connection, trust, communication, confidence and resilience.

Living in a dysfunctional family environment for a long time taught me how to walk the path that I currently help my clients with. I suffered from insecure self-esteem, depression, emotional blackmail, people pleasing, not being able to set boundaries, lost, bullying, ghosting, harassment, to name a few.

But I am grateful for every bit of it. Because I wouldn't be who I am today without all those experiences. And I couldn’t dedicate my life to help others to see their uniqueness and feel connected without having to figure out a healthy way towards love and intimacy from a very young age.

That’s my mission: using my two passions to help you overcome the fear of being true to yourself, having the certainty that the people who truly love you and believe in you, are the ones who will thrive with your successes and will be there in your lowest.

Here are some challenges, accomplishments and fun facts about me, so you can get to know me better!

  • I’ve been a sucker for books and stories since before I learnt to read! Books saved my mental health and always have a place in my life.

  • My first degree was Forestry Engineering (wait, what?). Yeap, I was stuck for 5 years and didn't finish it (it was 7). But when I lost my grandad at 23, I decided that life was made to be lived and not suffered, I risked it for my passion and started my Psychology Degree and let me tell you, one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

  • I’ve been working and studying full time since I was 19 till I finished my degree in 2018. And currently coming back at it as I’m studying a Masters in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy, which I’m loving!

  • Dogs. Oh my god dogs. And cats. But a bit more dogs. I just can’t help it. My attention gets slightly outside of track when I see one because I just love them. My dog was 17 when he passed away and he was absolutely beautiful and amazing.

  • I’ve been dancing since I was 4 and haven’t stopped since! (except for injuries). I started out with Spanish dances till I was 14, then changed to the street style (funky, hip hop) and modern till I was 26 and the past 5 I’ve been exploring (besides the street) contemporary, dancehall, jazz, latinS and african dances.

  • If you haven’t figured it out by now, yes, I’m Spanish by heart and origine and I still struggle to live without sun in the UK! Some things will never change.

  • I had to learn to create my own chosen family, because my mother was a very angry, controlling and emotionally manipulative woman. I don’t need to tell you how this can impact your other relationships but if you fancy a chat or feel you’ve been in a similar position, do not hesitate in contacting me!

  • In 2016 I moved from Spain to England (where I currently live) without speaking English in the slightest and no clue of the yorkshire accent I was going to find! I came through an European Voluntary Service working with people with disabilities for a year.

  • I’ve been severely bullied in my adolescence several times, also harassed at work and emotionally abused by partners. However, now I count with more than 10 people who love me and respect me for who I am, and you know? That’s worth all the pain.

  • You can tell I’ve been without any money at all or with minimum savings twice in my life, but that hasn’t prevented me from living and here I am now! Meaning: whatever you think you can do but are scared of, I can tell you you can if you set your mind for it.

I’m going to leave it here but if you liked what you read so far, don’t hesitate to check the rest of the page - the workshops, the one to one coaching, the community womens programmes - and susbcribe below! I won’t bother you with millions of emails and you’ll get updates with the upcoming events I have prepared for you :)
